PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop.

Pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being received by Juro Miru and requires a full payment up front.

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Full payment is required via www.juromiru.com.

2. Estimated Date of Arrival: This is based on the shipment schedule of our projected production order with our supplier. Approximate ship date is advised when the order is placed.

3. Projected stock is limited for pre-orders.

4. Once ordered items have been delivered to you, our standard refund and exchange policy. Please refer to our refund and exchange policy.

5. If in any case, your ordered item/s did not arrive to Juro Miru from our supplier or there is not enough stock to support your order, we will refund your payment in full. Additionally the customer (you) cannot perform any legal action against Juro Miru (Juroji LLC).

6. Orders without any payment made on behalf of the customer will be automatically cancelled.

7. Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.
